Nine sets of chrome-plated wire universal angle slides on 4-1/2" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, adapt to changing pan layouts and production volumes. A solid-state electronic control with an LED digital display lets staff monitor and adjust heat at a glance.
Field reversible doors with magnetic, anti-microbial latches secure product during transport, while recessed push/pull handles and heavy-duty 5" swivel casters (two braked) improve maneuverability.
