The Cres Cor H137UA9DZ heated mobile cabinet streamlines secure hot food holding and transport for correctional and institutional kitchens. Its insulated aluminum construction and top-mount heater assembly maintain consistent holding conditions while keeping components protected. Nine sets of universal angle slides accommodate "22 x 20" through "18 x 26" pans, riveted on 4-1/2" centers for orderly loading. Solid-state electronic controls with an LED digital display let operators verify settings at a glance. A locking security panel, self-closing solid door with magnetic latch, and key-lock handle plus transport latch with hasp lock help ensure controlled access.
