The Cres Cor H137WSUA12D heated mobile cabinet pairs AquaTemp™ humidity with an insulated, top-mount heater assembly to keep food service-ready from kitchen to line. An LED digital display lets staff verify holding conditions at a glance during the busiest rushes.
Configure production quickly with (12) sets of stainless steel wire universal angle slides on 4-1/2" adjustable 1-1/2" centers to fit a range of pans and trays. Field reversible dutch doors with magnetic, anti-microbial latches support flexible placement while helping maintain cabinet conditions.
Recessed push/pull handles and four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two braked, streamline transport through corridors, banquet halls, and catering venues. Built from stainless steel and listed NSF and cCSAus, this cabinet serves cafeterias, healthcare, catering, and high-volume restaurants that need dependable hot holding.
