This fully insulated model is built with stainless steel throughout, including an internal frame for added structural durability. Its solid-state digital controls allow operators to manage both temperature and humidity, supporting food quality and safety during extended holding times. The field-reversible Dutch doors help minimize heat loss, while the antimicrobial latches and silicone gaskets maintain a secure seal.
