The Cres Cor H137WSUA6D heated mobile cabinet helps you hold and transport food with consistency from kitchen to service. Its AquaTemp™ humidity cabinet and insulated stainless steel body support product quality during staging, plating, and pass. A top-mount heater assembly with LED digital display lets staff quickly verify cabinet status during rush periods.
Optimize workflow with six sets of stainless steel wire universal angle slides on adjustable centers to accommodate mixed pans and trays. The field reversible door and magnetic, anti-microbial latches allow loading from either side of the line while aiding sanitation routines. Four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two braked, deliver maneuverability and stable parking.
