Boost service flow and presentation with this mobile heated, pass-thru, half-size counter model built for compact counters. An insulated cabinet and top-mount heater assembly keep operations efficient on crowded cooklines and serving counters for chefs and operators. The pass-thru configuration offers access from both sides, streamlining restocking and order assembly across the line.
Inside, (2) adjustable gravity fed wire shelves and (4) adjustable gravity fed merchandising racks provide flexible product placement throughout the cabinet. Five interior halogen lights highlight contents, while a tempered glass viewing window on the front door supports quick visual checks to showcase items for customers and staff. Stainless steel construction with a steel interior pairs with 4" adjustable legs for stable placement, and the unit is NSF and CSA.
