Product Description
Streamline pizza holding and service with this mobile heated, pass-thru, insulated cabinet featuring a top-mount heater assembly. Stainless steel construction and a pass-thru layout support two-sided access to speed handoffs between the kitchen and service staff. The front section offers dutch doors with an extruded handle, and the top door includes a tempered glass window for quick visual checks during rush periods.
Pan slides hold (24) 14-1/8-inch pizza boxes, organizing orders for efficient staging between the kitchen and the service line. A full-length rear door with a magnetic pull latch and an additional tempered glass viewing window enable smooth pass-thru workflow, providing access from either side. Four 5-inch swivel casters, including two with brakes, deliver easy positioning and secure placement during service, and the unit is designated cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation.
