The Cres Cor H138PS1834D is a pass-thru, insulated heated mobile cabinet engineered to keep prepared foods at serving temperature while streamlining service. Solid-state electronic controls with a digital display let operators monitor and adjust holding conditions with confidence. A top-mount heater assembly preserves interior space and keeps controls accessible.
Optimize workflow by loading up to 32 full-size 18" x 26" pans on channel slides set at 1-1/2" centers. The pass-thru configuration supports tray lines, banquets, and high-volume plating by allowing access from both sides of the line. Use it to stage roasted proteins, vegetables, or bakery sheets for timely service.
Field reversible dutch doors adapt the cabinet to your layout as needs change. Anti-microbial magnetic door latches help secure a tight seal, while 5" swivel casters (two braked) simplify transport and positioning. Stainless steel construction and NSF, cCSAus compliance support
