Keep hot menu items organized and on schedule with the Cres Cor H3391813C heated mobile cabinet. This half-height, insulated unit accommodates up to 13 full-size 18" x 26" pans on channel slides set on 1-1/2" centers. Its aluminum interior and exterior are built to support demanding, daily use.
Chefs and operators can stage trays for banquets, batch-cook production, or room-service runs, then roll them to the line or service area. Four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, help navigate tight aisles and hold the cabinet in place during plating. Anti-microbial latches support hygiene and keep contents secure in transit.
An analog thermometer enables quick visual checks to verify holding conditions without opening the unit. Use it to maintain workflow between the kitchen and satellite stations while presenting food at the right moment.
