The Cres Cor H339188C heated mobile cabinet helps chefs and operators hold and transport hot entrees, sides, and sheet-pan batches with confidence. Its insulated, half-height design conserves heat while keeping workflows quick, and the analog thermometer lets staff verify cabinet status at a glance.
Slides on 2-3/4" centers secure up to eight 18" x 26" pans, making it easy to stage banquets, batch-cook lines, or off-site service. A lift-out interior simplifies cleaning between turns so crews can reset fast during peak periods.
An aluminum exterior and interior stand up to daily use while remaining easy to wipe down. Four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, deliver smooth mobility through kitchens and corridors, and anti-microbial latches add an extra layer of sanitary confidence.
