Accommodate up to eight 12" x 20" pans on slides spaced 2-3/4" centers to organize entrees, sides, or trays for banquets, cafeterias, or off-site events. Stainless steel construction resists wear in high-traffic areas and stands up to daily sanitation routines.
An analog thermometer offers quick, reliable temperature checks, and anti-microbial latches add a layer of hygiene protection. Four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters—two with brakes—let chefs and operators maneuver through tight spaces and secure the cabinet on the line.
