Channel slides hold eight 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" pans on 2-3/4" centers, supporting efficient batch prep and timed releases. A lift-out interior simplifies cleaning and maintenance between services to keep operations moving.
Built with aluminum inside and out, this cabinet stands up to daily use while remaining easy to maneuver. An analog thermometer provides quick visual checks, and anti-microbial latches help safeguard high-touch points. Four 3" swivel casters, including two with brakes, let you position the unit securely wherever it’s needed.
