Built for off-site catering, festivals, and stadium operations, this 3/4 height, insulated unit delivers gas-fired holding in environments where electricity may be limited. Operators can stage courses efficiently while maintaining workflow from cookline to service point.
Configure the loadout to match the menu. Eleven sets of chrome-plated universal angles adjust on 1-1/2" centers to hold up to 22 full-size 12" x 20" steam table pans or 11 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans. A stainless steel interior with coved corners and a rugged aluminum exterior stand up to daily transport and high-volume demands.
