Organize production efficiently with (11) sets of chrome-plated wire universal angles that adjust on 1-1/2" centers. Load up to (22) 12" x 20" steam table pans or (11) full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, with slides spaced on 3" centers to balance volume and airflow.
Route confidently across mixed surfaces on four 8" pneumatic casters—two swivel and two fixed—for smooth, controlled transport. A stainless steel interior and aluminum exterior enhance durability, while a 1-1/4" sight glass supports flame detection, helping teams monitor heat sources without disrupting workflow in catering, banquets, and high-volume foodservice.
