Bottom-mounted refrigeration and full insulation support consistent performance during prep, staging, and transport across the facility.
Optimize workflow with an 18 cu. ft. interior and ten sets of chrome-plated wire universal angles fixed on 4-1/2" centers. Load trays or pans in consistent spacing, then maneuver easily on heavy-duty 5" swivel casters; set the brakes to keep the unit steady at the serving line.
Built for security and durability, the stainless steel cabinet features a 22-gauge stainless steel door with key lock latches, a locking security panel, and tamper-proof fasteners. A 1/3 HP compressor with automatic overload reset and R513a refrigerant delivers reliable refrigerated performance for correctional kitchens and commissaries.
