Its AquaTemp humidity system pairs with independent holding and humidity thermostats and an LED digital display to let staff set and verify conditions quickly. The insulated stainless steel build supports consistent results from prep to pass.
Streamline tray service by rolling in the included rack and staging up to 32 school baskets (13" x 26"). Rack angles are spaced 3" on center to support standardized loading and efficient workflow. A top-mount heater assembly stays out of the traffic zone to help simplify cleaning routines.
Protect product and promote safe operation with a field reversible door, magnetic latch, and anti-microbial latches. Sturdy 2" O.D. stainless steel legs provide a stable footprint for busy kitchens in schools, healthcare, and high-volume feeding where timing and presentation matter.
