The Cres Cor ROR201UA16D roll-in rack streamlines high-volume prep and bake workflows for chefs and operators. It features 16 sets of stainless steel universal wire slides on 3 inch centers, adjustable on 1-1/2 inch centers, so you can configure spacing for different production runs. Purpose-built for oven model RR-1332-D and holding cabinet RH-1332-D, it holds 16 18 x 26 pans or 32 12 x 20 pans to keep batches organized from cook to hold.
Built with welded stainless steel, this rack delivers the durability buyers and facility managers expect in demanding kitchens. Heavy-duty 5 inch swivel casters, with two brakes, provide smooth maneuvering and stable positioning as you roll between the RR-1332-D and RH-1332-D.
