The Crown Steam CE-24 electric steam generator delivers dependable steam at 9–11 psi to keep production moving in busy commercial kitchens. Built on a 24" freestanding cabinet base, it helps chefs and operators consolidate steam production for line service, prep, and retherm workflows.
Operational efficiency comes standard with CSD-1 controls, automatic water level control, and clear readouts from the pressure gauge and water gauge glass. Automatic blowdown, a split water line, and the included water filter system simplify maintenance to support consistent performance shift after shift.
A reinforced countertop, two-door cabinet, and stainless steel exterior finish stand up to high-volume use and daily cleaning. Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs with flanged feet aid installation, while the included steam take off kit streamlines integration with connected steam equipment.
