The Crown Steam CE-324 is a commercial electric steam generator built to keep high-volume kitchens moving. Mounted on a 36" cabinet base, it delivers consistent 9–11 psi steam at 24 kW to support batch production, banquet service, and retherming lines. A stainless steel exterior finish stands up to daily use while maintaining a clean, professional look.
Operators gain confident control with CSD-1 controls, automatic water level control, and clear readouts from the pressure gauge and water gauge glass. Pressure control with a secondary safety pressure control and a safety relief valve help safeguard equipment and staff.
To streamline workflow and maintenance, the CE-324 integrates automatic blowdown, a split water line, and an included water filter system. The freestanding design sets on four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for easy leveling. A steam take off kit is included for connecting compatible steam-driven equipment.
