The Crown Steam CE-342 is a 42 kW electric steam generator engineered for high-demand kitchens that depend on steady, efficient steam. Operating at 9–11 psi, it delivers consistent performance for kettles, steamers, or remote devices via the included steam take off kit. Its freestanding 36-inch cabinet base integrates smoothly into cooklines where space, access, and reliability matter.
Improve workflow with a reinforced countertop and two-door base that supports equipment and organized storage. A stainless steel exterior finish withstands heavy use and wipes clean quickly. Four 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet allow secure placement and easy sanitation clearance.
Optimize operations with CSD-1 controls, automatic water level control, and clear readouts from the pressure gauge and water gauge glass. Pressure control with secondary safety pressure control and a safety relief valve add dependable protection. Automatic blowdown, a split water line, and the included water filter system streamline maintenance and help preserve steam quality.
