Engineered for busy foodservice operations, the Crown Steam CE-348 electric steam generator delivers reliable steam at 48 kW in a compact 36-inch cabinet base. Operating at 9–11 psi, it provides steady output for batch cooking, retherming, and holding while conserving space on the line.
CSD-1 controls, automatic blowdown, and automatic water level control simplify oversight and help maintain consistent performance through rush periods. A split water line and the included water filter system support water quality and scale reduction to keep workflows moving.
A reinforced countertop, two-door stainless steel cabinet, and 6-inch adjustable legs create a sturdy, freestanding platform that integrates cleanly into existing layouts. The steam take off kit, pressure gauge, and water gauge glass make it straightforward to monitor and route steam to connected equipment.
