The Crown Steam CE-36 electric steam generator delivers reliable 9–11 psi steam for high-volume cooking, retherming, and holding. Built into a compact 24" cabinet base with a reinforced countertop, it supports efficient workflows in busy commercial kitchens. Chefs and operators can count on consistent steam performance to keep production on schedule.
CSD-1 controls, automatic water level control, and clear monitoring via a pressure gauge and water gauge glass streamline operation. Automatic blowdown and the included water filter system help reduce scale and sediment, simplifying routine maintenance for facility teams. Pressure control with secondary safety and a safety relief valve add confidence during demanding service.
A freestanding design with a stainless steel exterior stands up to daily use and cleaning. Four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet aid leveling and secure installation. A steam take off kit and split water line support practical integration with adjacent steam-powered equipment.
