The Crown Steam CG-220 gas steam generator drives dependable, on-demand steam production to keep busy kitchens moving. Delivering 5–15 psi with a 200,000 BTU burner, it supports consistent performance for connected steam-powered cooking processes and production lines.
Optimize uptime with CSD-1 controls, electronic ignition, and automatic water level control for steady operation. Operators can monitor at a glance with the pressure gauge and water gauge glass, while a safety relief valve and secondary pressure control add protection.
Built for commercial environments, the freestanding 24-inch cabinet base features a stainless steel exterior, reinforced countertop, and (4) 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. A split water line, automatic boiler blow-down, water filter system, and steam take off kit streamline maintenance and integration.
