A 36-inch freestanding cabinet base with a reinforced countertop and two doors organizes utilities and service access without sacrificing line space. The stainless steel exterior and 6-inch adjustable, flanged stainless legs withstand daily cleaning and allow secure installation. This footprint integrates smoothly into cooklines or central production areas.
Electronic ignition and CSD-1 controls simplify startup and verification, while automatic water level control maintains proper operation. Operators can monitor conditions via the pressure gauge and water gauge glass, and safeguard performance with pressure control featuring secondary safety and a safety relief valve. A split water line, included water filter system, automatic boiler blow-down, and a steam take off kit support efficient maintenance and distribution.
