Maximize throughput and consolidate equipment with the Crown Steam DCX-10-6-10. This direct steam system combines two convection steamer compartments with a 6 gallon kettle and a 10 gallon kettle in a 60-inch cabinet base, ideal for high-volume production in schools, healthcare, corrections, and commissaries.
Engineered for continuous service, it features rugged 304 stainless steel construction and 316 stainless steel steamer interiors. Each compartment uses a 60-minute timer to pace batches, while the deck-mounted faucet, swing nozzle, and integral sink streamline filling, rinsing, and cleanup.
Accelerate batch work with up to five 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans per compartment, then pivot to soups, sauces, or stocks in the kettles to keep lines moving. Hinged cabinet storage and adjustable flanged feet support organized, stable installations that enhance workflow.
