This integrated platform helps chefs and facility managers stage, finish, and hold menu items with efficient, repeatable results.
Built with a 304 stainless steel exterior and 316 stainless steel steamer interiors, it stands up to daily abuse while simplifying cleanup. Each steamer compartment features a 60‑minute timer to coordinate cycles across stations. A deck‑mounted faucet with swing nozzle and an integral sink make filling kettles and quick rinses fast and organized.
