Its 24" cabinet base keeps a compact footprint while delivering a total capacity of six 12" x 20" x 1" pans. Run multiple batches at once to keep vegetables, seafood, dumplings, and grains moving during peak service.
Dial in results with thermostatic controls and a dedicated 60-minute timer for each compartment. Operators can stage, batch, and finish sides or proteins concurrently, reducing bottlenecks and improving ticket times across banquets, patient feeding, or campus dining.
Engineered for durability and cleanability, this unit features a 316 stainless steel interior and rugged 304 stainless steel construction. Removable pan supports and a drip trough simplify end-of-shift cleanup, while the included pressure regulator supports consistent performance. A 120v/60/1 connection at 4.0 amps powers the controls for reliable day-to-day operation.
