Engineered for high-output kitchens, the Crown Steam DCX-2-6-10 pairs two direct steam convection steamer compartments with a 6-gallon kettle and a 10-gallon kettle on a compact 60-inch cabinet base. Steam proteins and vegetables while simmering stocks or sauces in one workstation to tighten workflows and speed service. It’s a smart fit for institutions, cafeterias, and healthcare operations.
Each steamer compartment handles up to three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans and uses a 60-minute timer to pace cooking cycles. A deck-mount faucet with swing nozzle and an integral sink streamline filling kettles, rinsing pans, and quick cleanup between batches. The cabinet base with three solid hinged doors provides convenient access for daily operation.
