Drive high-volume production with the Crown Steam DCX-2-6-6, a direct steam convection steamer/kettle station on a 60-inch cabinet base. Two steamer compartments and two 6-gallon kettles let chefs run multiple cooking processes at once, tightening ticket times and streamlining workflow for institutions, schools, healthcare, and high-volume operations.
Load up to three 12 x 20 x 2.5 inch pans per compartment to batch vegetables, dumplings, or proteins while the kettles handle soups, sauces, and grains. Each steamer compartment uses a 60-minute timer to keep cycles on track, and the deck-mounted faucet with swing nozzle and integral sink simplifies kettle filling, draining, and cleanup.
Built with a durable 304 stainless steel exterior and 316 stainless steel steamer interiors, the DCX-2-6-6 withstands continuous use and fast turnarounds. Four 6-inch legs with adjustable flanged feet help secure the base, and the three solid hinged doors provide organized access beneath
