Built for heavy-duty operations, its 304 stainless steel body and cabinet base stand up to daily use and clean easily.
Select pressure or pressureless operation in the top compartment to match delicate items or batch retherming, while the lower compartment cooks under pressure for rapid turnarounds. Manual controls pair with an automatic timer that provides visible and audible signals, and automatic shut off helps protect product quality and consistency.
