A 316 stainless steel interior liner stands up to acidic ingredients, while the 304 stainless steel exterior cleans quickly between turns. The hinged cover helps retain heat and moisture, and the included faucet bracket positions an add-on faucet for convenient filling and rinsing.
Speed transfers and portioning with the 2-inch draw-off, and use the perforated strainer to separate bones, aromatics, or pasta with less labor.
