The Crown Steam DL-30F is a 30-gallon direct steam stationary kettle engineered to move high-volume production with confidence. Its full-jacketed design helps kitchens batch soups, sauces, and stocks efficiently while keeping workflow organized during peak service. Operators can load, simmer, and finish product with minimal bottlenecks.
A 2-inch draw-off with a perforated strainer lets staff dispense, portion, or clarify product quickly, improving turn times on the line. The spring-assisted hinged cover supports safe, easy handling, while the included faucet bracket provides a mounting point for water service where needed.
Built for demanding foodservice environments, the kettle features a 316 stainless steel interior liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior for durable, cleanable performance.
