The Crown Steam DL-80 is an 80-gallon direct steam stationary kettle built for high-volume production and smooth kitchen workflows. Its 2/3 jacket design delivers broad heating coverage to batch soups, sauces, and stocks with confidence and consistency.
A 2-inch draw-off with an included perforated strainer speeds draining, portioning, and finishing, while the spring assist cover supports safe, easy access during busy service. A faucet bracket provides a convenient mounting point for water service, helping streamline filling and rinsing tasks at the kettle.
Durable stainless steel construction includes a 316 stainless steel interior liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior finish for long-term performance and cleanability.
