The Crown Steam DLTM-80-2 combines two 80-gallon tilting kettle/mixers to accelerate large-batch production in high-volume kitchens. Direct steam with a 2/3 jacket promotes fast, even heating, while 304 stainless steel construction with 316 stainless steel liners stands up to demanding, acidic recipes. Use it to batch soups, sauces, stews, and fillings with consistent texture and quality.
Power tilt simplifies controlled transfers to pans or carts, helping teams move product safely and on schedule. Floor-mounted control console supports and stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet deliver stable operation and easy leveling. This setup integrates smoothly into existing cook-chill or central production workflows.
Two included agitators driven by two variable-speed motors (5 HP) maintain constant movement for uniform results and reduced scorching.
