A 2/3 jacket surrounds the kettle for efficient heating, and the 316 stainless steel interior liner stands up to acidic ingredients. Use the deck-mounted fill faucet to charge the pot quickly, then close the one-piece, spring-assisted cover to manage evaporation and workflow.
