The Crown Steam DMS-40 is a commercial direct steam stationary kettle engineered to move high-volume production with confidence. Its 40 gallon capacity streamlines batches of soups, stocks, sauces, chili, or pasta, helping chefs and operators maintain consistent throughput during peak periods.
A 2/3 jacket promotes fast, uniform heating, while the 316 stainless steel interior liner stands up to acidic ingredients and rigorous cleaning. The one piece spring assisted stainless steel cover, deck mounted fill faucet (DMF), and pan support simplify filling, staging, and finishing.
Operational control comes from the steam control valve, steam trap, and swing drain that aid efficient, safe condensate management.
