The Crown Steam DP-80 is an 80-gallon direct steam stationary kettle on a sturdy pedestal, built for high-volume production in commercial kitchens. Robust stainless steel construction supports daily use and easy cleanup.
The two-thirds jacket surrounds the kettle body to deliver consistent, responsive heating across big batches, helping maintain quality from the first ladle to the last. A spring-assisted stainless steel dome cover lifts smoothly to speed checks and stir-downs while managing heat and condensation.
