The Crown Steam EC-10TWL is an electric, countertop tilting kettle engineered to streamline high-volume production in busy commercial kitchens. Its 10-gallon capacity and self-generating 2/3 steam jacket deliver uniform heating for soups, sauces, chilis, and stocks while supporting consistent results across batches.
Dial in performance with a solid-state thermostat and integrally mounted controls that keep adjustments close at hand. A pressure gauge, safety valve, and low-water indicator with automatic shutoff help safeguard the kettle and your staff during demanding service.
The left-side lever tilt promotes smooth, controlled pouring to speed transfer and reduce waste.
