Drive high-volume production with the Crown Steam EC-12TWL electric countertop tilting kettle. Its self-generating 2/3 jacket and solid-state thermostat deliver fast, even heating for soups, sauces, chili, and stocks.
Operators can monitor and protect batches with integrally mounted controls, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, and a low-water indicator with automatic shutoff. The left-side lever tilt enables smooth, controlled pouring to speed service and reduce waste.
Built for demanding kitchens, the 316 stainless steel interior liner resists corrosion while the 304 stainless steel exterior simplifies cleanup and presentation. A faucet bracket positions a fill faucet where you need it, and the countertop design helps free floor space in crowded cooklines.
