The Crown Steam EC-3 pressure steamer brings three fully independent compartments together on a compact 36-inch cabinet base, giving busy kitchens the flexibility to run multiple cook cycles at once. Electric boiler heating and independent automatic timer controls help streamline production while keeping results consistent across stations.
Built with a 304 stainless steel interior and exterior, the EC-3 stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly between batches. Removable shelf supports and a slide-out shelf speed loading and unloading, while the cabinet base with two solid hinged doors provides convenient, enclosed storage.
A water filter system and Y strainer are included to help protect the boiler, and an automatic boiler blow down feature supports routine maintenance. Ideal for simultaneously steaming vegetables, seafood, and proteins or retherming prepared items, the EC-3 fits the needs of chefs, high-volume operators, and facility managers.
