The right-side hand-crank tilt enables smooth, controlled pours into hotel pans or portioning containers, reducing mess and improving throughput. A faucet bracket readies the unit for adding a kettle filler where needed.
Operators benefit from built-in safeguards including a low-water level indicator with automatic shut-off, a pressure gauge, and a safety relief valve. A 316 stainless steel interior liner stands up to acidic recipes, while the 304 stainless steel console and trunnion add long-term durability.
