The Crown Steam ECX-10-24 convection steamer streamlines high-volume production with two cooking compartments and a 24-inch cabinet base that saves valuable line space. Each cavity accommodates five 12" x 20" pans, enabling chefs to stage multiple batches and menu items without slowing the pass. Electric operation supports fast heat-up and consistent results across busy meal periods.
Built for daily commercial use, this unit features a 316 stainless steel interior and a durable 304 stainless steel exterior that resist corrosion and simplify wipe-downs. Removable pan supports and a drip trough speed cleanup between turns, while 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet help ensure a level, secure installation.
Operators can set precise cook cycles with a 60-minute timer per compartment to handle vegetables, proteins, and retherm tasks efficiently. An automatic blowdown aids routine maintenance, and the included water filter system supports dependable performance. The ECX-10-24 comes with a CSD-1 code package and carries cCSAus and NSF listings.
