Run parallel recipes to tighten ticket times and keep high-volume lines moving.
A powerful 5 HP variable-speed drive turns two removable agitators to mix, fold, and scrape with consistency. Batch gravies, custards, and fillings without hotspots, then tilt to decant into pans or holding vessels. Tool-free agitator removal streamlines cleaning between shifts.
Built for demanding operations, the 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel construction deliver durability and corrosion resistance. Floor-mounted control console supports and stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet add stability. A vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and low-water shut off support safe, reliable performance and compliance with cCSAus and NSF listings.
