Engineered for durability, the EP-40 pairs a 316 stainless steel interior liner with rugged 304 stainless steel construction for long service life. Thermostatic control supports repeatable results across daily recipes and large prep lists. The pedestal base provides a solid, permanent footprint for institutional and commercial kitchen layouts.
Speed plating and portioning with a 2" draw-off, and use the included perforated strainer to separate liquids from solids right at the kettle.
