The Crown Steam GC-2 is a gas-powered pressure steamer engineered for high-throughput commercial kitchens. Two independent compartments on a 36" cabinet base let you run separate cook cycles simultaneously with automatic timer controls. Batch vegetables, seafood, grains, or retherm items while keeping service moving during peak periods.
Stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces promote durability and quick cleanup between turns. Removable shelf supports and a slide-out shelf streamline loading and unloading, helping crews change pans fast and keep prep flowing. An included water filter system helps protect the boiler and support consistent steam quality across shifts.
Electronic ignition delivers reliable starts, while automatic boiler blowdown, a split water line, and a water-in "Y" strainer (condenser feed) simplify maintenance. A CSD-1 package and CSA-Star, CSA-Flame, and NSF listings support safety and compliance in professional operations.
