Three independent compartments let your team cook vegetables, proteins, and batch sides simultaneously without flavor transfer. Independent automatic timer controls help time each menu item precisely and keep lines moving.
Set the unit on its 36-inch cabinet base and load pans quickly using removable shelf supports and a slide-out shelf. Electronic ignition accelerates start-up, while the stainless steel interior and exterior finish stands up to daily cleaning and heavy use. Ideal for hot lines, central production, and institutional kitchens that need consistent, high-volume steaming.
A built-in water filter system, automatic boiler blowdown, split water line, and a condenser-feed Y strainer help protect the boiler and streamline maintenance. With a 300,000 BTU output (87.9 kW/hr) and a CSD-1 package, the GC-3 supports reliable performance service after service. CSA-Star, CSA-Flame, and NSF listings support compliance requirements.
