The Crown Steam GCX-10-36 gas convection steamer equips busy kitchens to move from prep to plate with confidence. Two compartments, each handling five 12" x 20" pans, let you steam vegetables, retherm proteins, and stage sides simultaneously to keep service flowing.
Electronic ignition and automatic blowdown streamline startup and daily care. A 60-minute timer per compartment and automatic water level control support consistent results across back-to-back batches. Removable pan supports and a drain trough make changeovers and cleanup fast.
Built for commercial duty, the 304 stainless steel exterior stands up to heavy use, while 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet simplify leveling. The 36" cabinet base provides a sturdy footprint and convenient under-unit storage. A included water filter system with split water line, plus pressure and water gauge glass, operating pressure control, high‑limit pressure safety, relief valve, cathodic protector, and a CSD-1 code package help safeguard operation and steam quality.
