The Crown Steam GDA-2 gas steamer supports demanding kitchen workflows with two compartments on a 36-inch cabinet base. Its Do-All dual-pressure design lets you choose pressure or pressureless operation in the top compartment to match menu and batch size. Manual controls with a 60-minute timer help staff execute consistent results during peak periods.
Cook vegetables, seafood, rice, or proteins in separate cavities to handle multiple items at once and keep service moving. Universal pan supports and an 8–16 pan capacity make it easy to scale from prep to bulk production and à la carte service throughout the day.
Built for daily use, the GDA-2 features 304 stainless steel interior and exterior, electronic ignition, and automatic blowdown to simplify operation and maintenance. A split water line and included water filter system support steam quality and scale management. The unit includes a CSD-1 code package and carries CSA Star, CSA Flame, and NSF listings.
