The Crown Steam GLT-20 gas tilting kettle streamlines high-volume production with fast, consistent heating and smooth, controlled pours. Its 20-gallon capacity and 2/3 steam jacket support batch cooking of soups, sauces, chilis, and stocks while maintaining uniform results across every run.
Dial in performance with thermostatic control and a direct immersion thermostat, then fire up instantly with electronic ignition. Operators gain clear, at-a-glance status via cooking and ignition indicator lights, a water sight glass, and a pressure gauge. Safety-forward design includes a low water shut-off with indicator light, pressure relief valve, pressure switch, and a gas shut-off valve to help protect staff and product.
Crank tilt simplifies portioning into hotel pans or kettles on the line, improving workflow and minimizing waste. A 316 stainless steel interior liner, stainless steel exterior and console, and 1-5/8-inch diameter legs with flanged feet deliver durable, stable performance in demanding kitchens.
