A water sight glass and pressure gauge aid daily checks, and built-in safeguards—low-water shut-off with indicator, pressure relief valve, pressure switch, and gas shut-off valve—enhance safety.
The GLT-30 improves workflow with a smooth crank tilt for controlled, drip-free pouring into pans or portioning tools. A durable stainless steel exterior and 316 stainless steel interior liner support frequent use, and 1-5/8" diameter legs with flanged feet help keep the unit securely positioned in busy kitchens.
